Our businesses are spread across the UK and Europe, and each has its own terms and culture. The group sets a floor, not a ceiling.

Support the group's investment committee with valuation, diligence and portfolio monitoring across all three divisions. You will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer and spend time inside the operating businesses, not only in spreadsheets. Two to four years of relevant experience expected.
Manage contract documentation, shipping schedules and warehouse instructions for the metals desk. You will liaise daily with counterparties, inspectors and freight forwarders. Experience in physical commodity operations is preferred; a second European language is useful.
Own the monthly consolidation and the annual statutory reporting cycle for fourteen entities, working with divisional finance teams and the external auditors. A qualified accountant with group-consolidation experience and a tolerance for detail is essential.
Build and run the shared hosting platform used by four software businesses serving regulated customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with Linux, infrastructure-as-code and the unglamorous work of keeping production quiet. On-call is shared and compensated.
Coordinate inbound materials, production scheduling and outbound delivery for the division's Dutch filtration business. You will be the link between the factory floor and customer service. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Our process is intentionally short. A first conversation with the hiring manager, a technical or case discussion with the team, and a final meeting with someone outside the immediate business. We do not use timed psychometric tests, and we do not ask candidates to complete unpaid work.
We aim to make a decision within a week of the final interview and to give every candidate specific feedback, whatever the outcome. If you need an adjustment at any stage, tell us and we will arrange it.
